Inset Panel Clip Pack

These nylon plastic clips are a component of our Pre-Cut Paneling Kits. We also offer them here to the DIY builder who prefers to hand cut their own inset panels. Using the provided sheet metal screws and clips, you are able to secure your inset panel to the beveled cavity of the window frame, without the need for permenant adhesive. The inset remains removable, while allowing for just enough insulation behind the panel.
Note: If you are ordering a pre-cut paneling kit, you do NOT need to order these. They are included in your kit.
Why Inset Panels?
Inset panels are an upgrade to both aesthetics and function. They are most common in the rear driver and passenger side. At eye level, they add a lot of character to the look your van. In practical terms it literally increases the width of this portion of your van by a few inches, kind of like a mini flare space at a fraction of the cost. This may not sound like a lot, but an extra couple inches can be significant when sleeping side to side, and makes a surprising difference in the feeling of openness. Overall, inset panels give a professional polish to your build, with a little extra head and elbow room.
How To Order:
Each pack comes with the clips and screws needed to attach one inset panel. There are 3 pack variants to accommodate each window pocket for the 144″, 170″, 148″ and 148″ EXT. Please consult the charts in the gallery images to determine which pack set(s) you need for your project.
