Roost Vans Responsibility: Roost Vans will deliver the product to the customer as described in our shopping cart descriptions, web site, and other literature.
Damage During Shipping: Roost Vans is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional 2%. After checkout, please send an email to email@example.com with your order # and your request to add shipping insurance. You will receive a separate online invoice for the additional fee.
Warranty: Roost vans guarantees that its products are properly manufactured to the specifications and descriptions detailed in its published product information. Should any product arrive missing parts or hardware, Roost will ship the missing components free of charge.
Returns: Returns must be received by Roost within 60 days of the ship date. Customer responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be properly packaged, include all parts and pieces, and be in good re-sellable condition. In the event of a return, customer will receive a refund within 10 business day, less a 20% restocking fee.
Customer Responsibility: Customer bears final and full responsibility for the safe installation and use of our products. Customer is further responsible to conduct research, and insure they are ordering the correct part for the correct make/model/chassis of the vehicle.
Orders Outside the Unites States: Items shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, duties or fees. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Early Access Products: Certain designated products are offered to customers on a limited basis as part of our Early Access Program. This will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with a link to the Early Access page. Any products sold as early access products will be subject to the additional terms and conditions as set forth in the program description.
